Can anyone give pro and cons against using this package or Civils for doing surfaces and long and cross sections please?

I've not used KTF much but some of the users in my office have and from what i've seen is it's quite simple to use, and from personal knowledge I can say that they are very helpful and friendly when it comes to support.
