3D Wave Pattern

I am trying to create a repeating 3D wave pattern in a circular motion (like a carousal). How can this be done?

I used Edgesurf to create a mesh for each of the sectors shown and then did a polar array. Obviously, I had to change my UCS in order to draw the profile on the circumference.

Now, how do I turn my mesh into a solid? Say I wanted to make my wave 6" thick (solid).

Use the m2s lisp routine (http://cadtutor.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1475) to transform your mesh to a solid.
