how to draw in 3d

Having got the nearly got the basics of 2D CAD I feel i now need to try my hand at 3D. I am currently drawing up a garden design and it would be great if i could draw the property in 3D. Which is my best tutorial or basic starting point. I cannot seem to find it. Thanks

These are R14 tutorials but are mostly the same as recent versions. I've been planning to update these for some time now but haven't had the time. :(
