Is there a tool where you can easily make a Wall Section and add whatever you with in there? (Insulin, terminates, masonry, metals, etc...)

It would be really nice to have such a time saving tool. :(
(I currently use Architecture 2008.)
(If there is no tool and there is a program, please post about it. Thank you.)

Reply soon.

You use Architectural Desktop 2008? I would think that would have what you are seeking, but then I've never used it.
Either way I think you'll have a very hard time finding any cadd tool that will allow you to add insulin. And further, I've never heard of a diabetic building in the first place.:D

Use the Detail Component manager. It has every damn tool. :)
(Has the US + UK version.)

if you are using the whole BIM part of it, you can use a section tool on your main level construct / view. you then use the detail component manager to add what you want.

If so, TELL ME HOW! :D I need this, it's hard manually drawing the sides of the houses!!! :(

if you are doing the house using Autocad Architecture items IE walls / windows /slabs and so forth, you can use the 2d section stuff in your documents pallet under callouts. use teh detail marks, and make sure you click all levels when you do it, or the levels that you want to show in the 2d section. follow the command prompts after that. when your done just use your detail manager to add stuff you need?

if your house is done using 2d lines and what not, your stuck drawing the secion from scratch. you can create blocks of common use items, and use the detail manager items.

I am still working on learning Autocad Architecture, our stuff is still done the old fasion way using 2d lines. So someone with more experience can help out if I got something wrong
