Many times it is hard to explain a problem with a complex 3 d model especially when the person helping has not seen it is there a way to take a screen shoot of stuff your working on and post views of it along with a question?

Sure it is.

Use the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard to copy your screen to the clipboard. Paste the image into Photoshop/Paint Shop Pro/GIMP or your favourite image editor. Crop and resize as necessary.
