Dear all
How can I draw 3D pipe line drawings in AutoCAD.
I have coordinates data.
Any help would appreciated...

Is this civil work?
If so, you draw a plan of it (horizontal alignment). Then you draw a section through it (longitudinal section).
Then, viola, all done, and the contractor can lay it.
You'll have to forgive me, been a hard week, and I'm winding down for the weekend.

One easy quick way is to draw the centre line including the radiused bends in 2d (as your pipe only seems to set in 2 dimensions)... then form them into a polyline with the pedit / join command... then draw a circle to the diameter of your pipe at one end of the polyline, but in the vertical z using your ucs controls, at the end of your pipe... then simply extrude the circle along the polyline... you could do one for the ID & one for the OD of the pipe & the subtract the ID extrusion from the OD one to give more realism.
At the moment I use CadDuct for pipework but I've also been using MEP/ABS... makes things much easier.
/edit... just noticed that it sets up... 3D polyline for your extrusion or make it in sections.

wireframe is the long way but you may have no choice. Also depends on if it's flanged, but welded, grooved ends, etc. There is a company called Spears (PVC mfg.) that has a program that plugs into acad that does 3D piping. It also provides valves, flanges, etc. Very sweet considering it is free. You may want to google them if you see this need happening often.
