Electrical Plans

Does anybody have a good way to draw the electrical lines on plans. I'm using the spline and it seems that I have to click the mouse a half dozen times for a one segment curved line. There has got to be a better way. Different command? Anything?

Try drawing with Polylines, if you need a curve use the Arc option.
