wipeout frames

I have a problem where every time I open a drawing that I
have used wipeout the frames automatically comes on and
I have to cut it off every time I reopen the drawing.
Is there a setting somewhere where it is set to off all the time?
I am running autocad 2004.

You only need to post once. Everyone reads these top three forums. If you don't get the answer you were hoping for, it is because no-one who knows has come along yet.

Maybe a mod could sort this thread out.
