Rotate/Orbit with one hand?

I think it's annoying to press F4 each time I need to rotate the model on my screen. Could the right mouse button be assigned to this?
I am running Inventor 2008 with a standard scroll mouse.

Most people that I know who are using Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro/E or one of the other 3D modeling programs are using one of the 3D navigation devices by http://www.3dconnexion.com The SpaceNavigator PE is relatively inexpensive.

Is it still possible to "program" a standard mouse to do the same as F4 / Rotate?

Not sure you can and If you could you would loose the commands right mouse gives.

I'll have to look into this, because I see no function now for right button and drag, only for right click.
