help! ive lost my toolbars

i have tried to load some cui files onto lt2007 but lost all the toolbars, is there a ways to reset them back to autocad standard????

this is mega urgent if any1 can help me

right click on the grey area where the toolbars should be and tick them?

If you follow what Tiger said, and click in the grey area of the menu section, you will see a menu come up, just pick the ones you want back.

Also, in the toolbar called Workspaces you can select AutoCAD Classic. On my screen it's in the upper left corner.
