heres the deal, I have a project in msv8 and the client wishes it to be in autocad format, not the problem.. I saved the drawing as a dwg. file, open it up in autodesk all looks ok except the linestyles of treelines and utilities do not show up just a solid line..
when i try to redraw with correct settings no line appears, what gives?? is it a line scale issue or a graphics issue? please help i am under massive pressure from the powers that be!!!

Does your contract on this project allow for dealing with such issues? If not I'd just export it and give the file to them that way. Otherwise charge them for the conversion and ensuing cleanup.
---
Check the linestyles in your layers and ltscale.

Set your ltscale to 1 and then they should show up in your paperspace viewports, or you can set your psltscale to 0 and then regenall.
I prefer to set my ltscale to 1 and my psltscale to 1. This way your viewport scale controls the linetype display.
