align selection window to rotated snap or ucs.
i want to work on tilted dwg with tilted ucs and snap, but when selecting any objet for copy or move, selection window comes parallel to screen and not parallel to ucs, how can i match selection windoe to ucs.

I don't believe you can "tilt" the selection window, but you can "untilt" the view/UCS using the "plan" command.

I don't think it's possible. You need to choose other selection tools like CPolygon or WPoligon.
It was a thing that I tried to obtain long times ago but can't find a solution and that's why I tought it was impossible and gave up.
Maybe I'm wrong and someone will find out a solution
