can any one suggest me the price if autocad2008, in india.

Email AutoDesk, and ask them. Or find a local Authorised AutoDesk Dealer. But I would imagion it will be much the same as here, $8000 + Australian dollars. :(

Remember you can upgrade the package to include Inventor or an extra £1000:wink:
