Ship Hull

hi, I'm trying to use a lines plan to draft a 3d ship hull in cad 2000. i really haven't got a good idea how to go about it and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction? i'm also trying to do it in rhino 3.0, does anybody know of any good rhino help sites (similar to this site). thanks alot,

For creating the surface model you can use the RULESURF-command (first set up the SURFTAB1-value).

EDGESURF

Explore this thru the helpfile. A lot easier within Inventor.

It has sweeps and drafts.

Anyway I would use EDGESURF and some rulesurfs.
