Good to hear from you Clement.
I'm not aware of any dedicated Map sites but a quick search came up with these tutorilas for Map 2000
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/item/0,,473674-123112,00.html
There is also an "Inside Map" manual published by New Riders press.
Also a "Using AutoCAD Map" - http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0766805360/qid%3D1033462689/026-4619372-2885225
Since you're now working with Map, perhaps you'd like to share your experiences with the Forum. If you're keen, maybe you'd like to moderate a Map board on the Forum. :) What do you think?

I am currently working on a very large construction project where all the consultants/disciplines are based on one site. We are using MAP 5 in conjunction with an electronic database management system to exchange/produce CAD information. We are using MAP's querying functions rather than XREF'S.
Unfortunately we won't be producing any digital maps or using it with GIS...
I would be glad to moderate a board dedicated to MAP, although I'm not really sure what it entails !?
