where are my toolbars

ive come back from my christmas an new year holiday and already have a problem, all the tools in cad 2007 have dissapeared!!!!! OOHH NOOOO,

i still have the drop down bars but thats it, could anyone help, thanks.

Try typing -toolbar at the command line. Then type ALL and then S for Show. Did all the toolbars show up?
