Probably v stupid question - please help

Hi all
I'm new to Rhino and learning it. I designed a peice of furniture using it - its made out of a number of boxes, etc to represent planks of wood. I'd like to edit some of the dimensions; how do I edit the sizes of boxes after they are created?

Apologies if this exposes my ignorance!

I believe you're supposed to double click the dimension you want to eidt.

double click what, where?
I'm double clicking all sorts and nothing gets edited!

If you mean the text of the dimension, you should just be able to double click on it and edit the text.
The default will be <> which is the existing measurement, you can add to either side of that or delete it and create your own measurement text.
If you mean the actual plank itself, then if it is a polysurface you will have to use scale 1D, 2D or 3D or explode the polysurface and turn on the control points for the surfaces and drag them to the new shape or length you want.
