Copy Command does not work

When I type "C" on the command line I do not get the copy command
I changed the PGP file and when I type "C" I get nothing.????

Have you started acad since editing the pgp file? If not try Reinit.
Are you sure you edited the right pgp file? Type (findfile "acad.pgp") ... this is the pgp that acad reads first.
