Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knows how I can produce larger images from sketchup. Currently I'm being limited to about 2500pixels by 1650, as when increased an error message appears, shown below.

Now power shouldn't really be a problem as I'm running on bout 4 gig of Ram everything else is pretty good too. Any ideas, reckon increasing virtual memory might make any difference?

Ben, have you updated your SU to the latest version?
I was able to do this just now to a size of 2930x1681.
An update should fix this. :)

Firstly I'm on an office pc and would need to ring up IT support to get them to install it, which is a hassle so I'll try to find a way round it first. I have produced images of a larger aspect ratio before but only with less complex models. so I'm not sure that would solve my problem as such. Any other ideas? Thanks anyhow for the help :)

You have to get IT to install an update for SU? :( That sucks!

I can't even change screensaver without an IT Call, and wait. Or change a printer cartridge.
