STB and CTB visibility

I have a drawing that is only listing the STB files and not the CTB's. How is this possible and how do I get the CTB files to show again.

I have already checked the support file path and it is correct and Options->Plotting->Use Color Dependent Plot Styles is checked.

I am only assuming that there is a document level variable that is escaping me.

Look into CONVERTPSTYLES and CONVERTCTB (or something like that). Migration Assistance installation.
