The editor (mtext) is transparent so that, as you create text, you can see whether the text overlaps other objects. To turn off transparency while you work, click the bottom edge of the ruler.
But I don't always see the transparency window, only sometimes. How do you turn transparensy on and off now? Can I ajust the visability of the window so that it is more/less transparent? Thanksl.
