One little problem I came across when doing some CAD for work, was that as I inserted many different blocks on many of my building walls, the blocks were at the the correct angle but the attributes weren't!It looks better if the all the attributs are horizontal and the right way up when someone views them. The only method I could find to change the angle of each of my attributes one by one,was to go to MODIFY-ATTRIBUTE-GLOBAL.Then go through the series of events,is there any other way to rotate my attributes? :?

You know, I've often wanted to do that myself and I've never managed it :( If someone out there can work this minor miracle, I'd love to hear how.

1.) make your block.
----make sure that your attext or text is also included on your block.
2.) select block and type BE for block editor on the command prompt.
----you should have a tool pallette called block authoring palettes- all palletes to the left of it.
3) go to "paremeter sets tab" and select rotation set.
4) select the center of the block to create the radious, type in the angle that you would want, i prefer 360 degrees.
5) drag your "rotate" default text to the bottom of the block.
6) double click on the defaulted "rotate" text and select your attext or text.
----and you should be set.
if you want both block and text to rotate seperately without having to edit or explode then add a "rotate set" to the block and when double clicking on the defaulted "rotate" text select the block the text and the rotate tool added on the text.
----now you can rotate in wat ever angle you desire without having to explode of editing you block. i kno you posted this about 5 years ago but hey maybe someone else needs and answer :) i did once!

you can also mirror and doo nifty stuff to it but this is good for now.
