Excel into AutoCAD 2004

Dose anyone know a better way to Import Excell into AutoCAD 2004?
I have used Spanner, But it to many staps.
I have tried to copy and Paste Special.
It is not easy to resize and it is not the right font after pasting into dwg? looking for shareware.

Have you tried searching on here? This has been covered many times. I believe if you will do some searching, you will find many ways to accomplish this.
