Survey Description Key File

I'm a rookie and look forward to learning and sharing what I know with you.

I'm a civil engineer working with our surveyors to get rid of Eagle Point and use AutoCAD Land Development exclusively. I'd like to convert the Eagle Point Description Key file that the surveyors use now to a description key that can be used with AutoCAD Land Development.

There must be thousands of people that did this when they changed from Eagle Point to AutoCAD. I just can't figure it out.
