Limit on visibility attributes of a dynamic block?

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a certain number of visibility planes you can have on any one dynamic block. I am currently working on one and it has gotten to the point where when I change one it changes the two I made last. This is only a problem when I edit certain visibility states, any advice or information anyone can offer would be most apprecaited. Thank you in advance for the help.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding you here, but I think the order in which you add actions needs to be considered?

Maybe I should explain better, I have alot of visibility states in a dynamic block I am working with in AutoCAD 2k6 and it seems to start messing up with the visibility states as I get into my 20-25th visibility state, it starts copying other states and alters some together when I change just one and the few that mess up want to keep the same information in them it seems.
