I'm not trying to stir up trouble or anything. But I got this funny message and I was wondering if anyone else has ever seen this before. I'm using Mechanical 2004 DX. I think maybe a software engineer got a little bored on the job? EASTER EGG perhaps ? I have been doing alot of zooms while in a single session of ACAD (perhaps a hundred ±50). Pretty funny I thought.

Later I tried to create a macro that would zoom all, then zoom extent and then repeat again, but I have not been able to recreate this message, so I think there's something else in addition to the zooming that triggers this message.

GOOGLE does not find anything for "zoom nazi" either.

Figment of your own imagination.

For the only bonafided 2008 easter egg documented so far click on:

Wasn't me !

I only add speech to our CAD :D

Actually that's not true, I've just got round to removing the festive message I put on a pop-up before Christmas

shame that office pranks thread had to be pulled ages ago :(

perhaps some nice kind mod could just do a soft delete on the miscreant posts and reinstate the acceptably pruned thread?

Please? it was ever such a good thread!
