Layer Manager - locked colours?????

Hi

I am trying to create a new drawing. Within layer manager the option to alter the colours appears to be locked and will not allow me to open ‘select colour’?? All other aspects within the layer manager are working fine!!!

Has anybody ever experienced this problem before?? (I know I haven’t) Any help would be much appreciated.

Dave, just this afternoon a similar question was asked, not like this one, so don't panic. But the solution was to do a repair job on the acad installation (and that came from one of our "most gifted forum members")

Now I do not condone re-install or repair as an excuse for anything that happens. Just that this sounds like something similar, and maybe that is an option that has to be considered. But wait first to see if anyone can come up with a plausable solution.

Maybe you could enlighten us to the actual solution, so future searches by members with a similar problem can get an answer. :D

I wish I had a technical explanation for you guys, but the corner stone off all IT seems to have worked in this instance "turn it off and back on". A total reboot solved it this time, but if the problem reaccurs I guess we will need to look at the problem again!

Sounds like a lack of suitable RAM to me. What is the RAM you have in your computer ?
