Civil Design tutorial(s)

anyone know where i can find a really good acad civil design tutorial? i can build my existing surface and all that jazz. now i need a easy to understand (dumbed down) tutorial to learn how to create a finished grade, such as a parking lot, and everything that goes along with it (contours, drainage, etc.). :geek:
