how i can i measure scanned tif file

Hi All,

I have this tif file which is a scanned image of the print. It mentiones the scale as 1:200 & lengths are in meter. i need to draw this in autocad to actual scale.
Can anybody help me with or give me some ides on how to do it?

I will be away for next 2 hrs but will log in when i come back.

You need a known distance on the plan and can then rescale the image same as an Autocad object not 100% but close.
