Layer Dropdown Malfunction

I use the "Layers" toolbar so that I can easily change the layer of an object by first selecting it, then clicking the dropdown menu and selecting the new layer. I'm not sure exactly what I did, but it does not work anymore. I can still change an objects layer through the properties pallette.

I had that problem in other versions, but not 2008, yet. A restart will fix it.

Hmm, I could have sworn I tried restarting and it didn't fix it. But I just restarted again and it's working fine. Thanks :)

With minor application errors and bugs, a restart usually always works. If you get an "error" then it's a lil more complicated. :)
