hello!
I'm using deskjet 250c.... from its LED display... cartridge has light as well as error.... and i can't print on it. please help me. before that error occured, it had a paper jam.... my co worker, fulled the paper and moved the cartidge manually to its default position.....

Oops! :ouch: I'm not sure that moving the print head manually is a good idea. Most likely that has caused some damage.

I agree that moving parts of the printer by hand could damage it.
If you havent tried it yet, shut the printer down and the resrart it.
If that doesnt work, make sure there isnt a bit of paper still stuck in there somewhere. Good Luck- Frank

i know that moving it manually is not a good idea....
anyway, a technical person came to us this morning. and according to him.... it could be empty ink cartridge.... what do u think?

Have you tried asking the manufacturers?Dont say youve moved the printhead manually though,just rephrase what if etc.

yeah i did not mention that, that "HEAD" was moved manually. But repairing it was stop, due to, ink was not available... because it was an old model(according to the dealer). Anyway, thanks again! and merry christmas to all....
