turn block's color property to "by layer"

I have a drawing and it has so many blocks and with lots of different colors. Most of the object's properties inside the blocks are not "by layer". I need to change all properties of the block into "by layer" so I can modify the colors according to our standard. What's the best way to speed up this process?:)

Try Nuke.lsp ... slight mod needed 'cos it also put's block entities on layer 0.
