SU to CAD

I am using Sketchup Pro 6 and I know it's possible to export into CAD but when I go to export it gives this error message:

It appears that you are missing some 2D graphic exporters. Please check your Sketchup installation.

Any ideas how to make it possible to save as dwg?

We are able to do it in the office, not sure what you are missing though. Try to reinstall.

Did you at 1st have the free version and then upgrade to the Pro version? If so just download the pro version and use your activation code given to you.
