all dimensions are refered to as "Rotated Dimension" in their properties.
I can't answer you other question though.
Neither can I open your PDF - our nanny software doesn't let me.

I cannot recreate your problem. My guess would be a LISP or some other routine someone has run on your computer, or maybe some 3rd Party software.

Have you had a play with (tab) 'Alternate Units' 'Display alternate units' .... 'Unit Format'
I work with decimal which is ideal for metric measurement, but your imperial so I'm not sure which one you require but mucking around with this can change the way things appear. simiar to your prob.
Its along shot...

Can you post a portion of the file?

I almost looks like someone used an explode-command on the dimensions, then used the "mirror" command on the drawing ... I also would love to see the original .dwg file to see if I can bash away at it till it works fine.
Have you tried to delete all the dimensions, and used "standard" dimension .. and then modify the "standard" to what you would like to see?
If I didn't know any better, I would say that I am looking at someone's new kitchen :)

If it shows Rotated Dimension in Properties it wasn't Exploded in the normal way. Was this created originally in another program and somehow got screwed up in the translation?
