New Topic Icons

Hi,
Ive noticed that when I return to the forum sometimes the little bells
are still green on topics I have allready read. Other then than the
occasional sticky scroll bar every thing else seems to work great!

The green icons should be displayed in topics each tim ethere is a new post in that topic, even if you've already read previous posts in that topic. Also, it depends how you navigate the site. If you use the "back" button, those icons will not be updated because you're navigating back to the page where they were showing. Could that explain it or is there something else. You can also use the "Mark all forums read" link at the bottom of the forums area to clear all icons.

I have a simliar problem whereby If I open the forum in another webage so that I can search for topics while writing my thread,all my unread threadschange to being read.The only unread thread that shows up is this one I just posted!That shouldnt happen :) .

Unfortunately, each browser window opens a new session on the forum. When you open a second window, the software looks to see when you last visited (the first session) and then uses the icons appropriately. That's just the way the software works - sorry.

Fair enough there is a way around this.Right click each unread thread and open it in a new window.You have to open a new window for each thread,but its a work around.
