License Error

We keep getting this error and our AA 2008 keeps crashing
This has not happen before. We have been using 08 for about 6 mounths with minor issues. This one is Big.
Any Ideas.??

Try checking out the Autodesk site. Have you applied all the Updates & Service Packs (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=9240658)?

It is a single license for each PC

Then

this is digging a bit into the past but are you by any chanse using:

USB-datadevices,
Removable HDD's,
etc,

anything that changes your nr 1 hdd's Boot Sector? This used to be the culprit in past with MAcrovision Locking methods but haven't seen any for a while... Might be a VirusProtection Scheme or a virus, then again might not... If I were you, I'd contact my dealer and ask him to regenerate the License and/or contact Autodesk with particulars to solve the problem.

IT is an official version though? If not, this occurrence is quite normal intermittantly...
