I am really beginner at Revit. Where is command prompt?

There is no Command Prompt. You need to forget everything you know about AutoCAD when using Revit - they are not the same at all.
You use Hotkeys instead of a Command Line. Get up on www.autodesk.com (http://www.autodesk.com) and get as many tutorials as you can on your version of Revit. They are all free. This helped me out tremendously in learning Revit. :)

Where exactly is tutorials for Revit Architecture 2008? I searched for tutorials in autodesk.com and I found tutorials for structures but couldn't find for Architecture :'(

do you have revit on subscription?
if not www.dgcad.com has some very good free stuff
there is also no layers either

Go to help menu then click tutorials, it'll provide you a link to the Autodesk web site to download tutorials.
