I have a draftsman that is using 2004 and his cross hairs flash when moved, I'm not sure what is causing this or how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Have you tried a search on here? This comes up every once in a while. I would suggest posting the computer and graphics card specs.

thanks, I figured it was probably a card issue, I don't have the specs on hand but my solution is going to be getting the IT guy to replace it ;)

my cross hairs went bazurk after loading a program that apparently changed a setting. I can't figure out which one and have been stuck with it ever since. I did play with the resolution which did help a bit

just an update for anyone else that encounters this, we were able to correct the probablem by updating the video cards driver to the most current version avaiable.
