I would like to add another feild to File Name, Type etc. when saving a drawing to ease sorting. I can add the column header but can't find how to input any data - any suggestions please. thanks

Manually, or using lisp/vba code?

Not sure if this is what you mean but you can right-click on the file name bar when you are in the open drawing dialog box and you can turn on additional fields (author, etc..). Hope this helps.
