Spiral Staircases

How can I make spiral staircases with using starting and ending point, not center point?

how are you drawing the staircase (stair tool, or family import), can you set the stair properties levels for the start and finish.

I'm drawing it with a stair tool and not sure how to set the properties levels.

when creating the staircase, click on the stair properties and select the base and top level from within there.
