Converting DWG to older version

I used to have a program that I downloaded from the autodesk website that would convert any dwg to any format you want, any one know the name of it. Im thinking true convert or something like that?.?.

it used to be a stand alone but is now part of True View.

So if I download trueview I can save it down and edit it? or just view it?

Nevermind just found the answer to my own question....
