I have four sheets on one SolidWorks 2008 Drawing. Sheet 1 is wigit-1-Finished, Sheet 2 is Wigit-1-Machined, Sheet 3 is Wigit-2-Finished and Sheet 4 is Wigit-2-Machined.
I have notes on sheet 1 and 2 pertaining only to wigit-1. And notes on sheet 3 and 4 pertaining only to wigit-2.
Is it possiple to link the notes together somehow, so that if I make a change to the note on sheet 1 it will update the note on sheet 2?

Instead of trying to link the notes together in the way you requested, why not just add a different note of the order of:
1. See drawing number xxxxxxxxxx for notes.
The reason for doing this would be because you should never have more than one of something per set of drawings. For example, if you were designing a car, you would not produce two identical elevations on two separate drawings.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I would agree with your logic, but these sheets are for Quotation only and each sheet goes to a different department.
My question still stands!

I am with NBC. Create a 5th sheet with all the notes and reference each page to the actual paragraph they need to adhere to.
Aside from that I guess you could add the notes to an excel spreadsheet and insert it into the drawing a-la-BOM and then you could have it closer to what you are wanting.
