I forgot to mention, but most of you will have noticed, these prices are from excitech. I am currently speaking with another reseller in the UK who has provided cheaper pricing.

As always, search around. But if you are considering upgrading, do it soon, and do it on subscription!

On another note, I have just been told that prices are changing as of 23rd March, not the 25th as stated on the excitech website, so make sure you check this when getting quotes and placing orders.

asif keeping on topic not french porn

we have a couple of dif cads here inventor, general cad and lt upstairs at my company, i have a student copy of inventor of home on a student license for colege work etc, it cost 81.00 which i later found out you could get free! :x we just got another laptop in my house so i want to put the license on both of them for when i go away, but it dosent allow it.. check this

autodesk say they can sell me an additional student license code for my 2nd laptop for 40.00! rip off merchants

can you not just get a home license for your inventor license at work, same as with standard AutoCAD?

oh, so it was your employer rather than autodesk?
if it is, then why not explain to them that you are trying to improve your ability, to in turn help the company, but you can not do that unless you have the required licences, this should then get it sorted...can draft a letter if you like.
