I have a drawing that will only let me select one item at a time when I use the explode command. All my other commands seem to be working fine, allowing me to select multiple items. Can anyone help?

Thanks

if you select multiple items, and then the explode command, what happens?
what is the last 5 lines of text from your command line?

cheers

It cancels out what I have selected. I think it is a drawing setting because it works fine on all my other drawings...

Here are the last few lines...

Command: Specify opposite corner:
Command: _explode
Select object:
None found.
Select object:
The object is not able to be exploded.
None found.
Select object:

Thanks

OK. What is it that you are trying to explode?
Draw a couple of rectangles, select them and then try to explode.

Sorry if I'm not being very clear.

Lets just say I'm trying to explode a couple of rectangles, when I type "explode" it activates the command; the next line says "select object:", in other drawings it would say "select objects:". It doesn't matter what I do, whether I select the objects before or after. It cancels out what I have selected and says "select object:". I can open another drawing and do the same thing and it works fine.

You will be surprised at what a simple copy/paste or _WBLOCK will do to improve a difficult drawing. My next advice was to have been run an Audit and/or Recover.
