GUI files from 2008 to 2007..

Hi,

Right, dragged, dropped, saved, etc my current GUI file in AutoCAD 2008, and went to take it home to my AutoCAD 2007 but apparently the GUI file was incorrect or something like that - are these files not backward compatible between 2008 and 2007?

I presume not because of new commands etc, so how do i export my current set of menus, shortcuts, commands, shortcut menus, etc back home, in the easiest way?

Now, i'm guessing i could only copy over some of the things i will need, say my shortcut menus and personalised toolbars to a GUI file and partial load that GUI to my home version, but is that right or is there a better, easier way?

Hmm I did copy my 2007 to 2008 sevral times with no problem, never tried it back to 2007 though, but I use the same partial CUI, my custome menu's etc for both without problems.. maybe a currupt copy or missing something, I had an exported profile that didn't work till I did it again...
