Dear All...
This is the part of drawing I got from client. What is the line below dimension ?

in the old drawing board days we would underline dimensions to show that they we not to scale. In these days of CAD there is not so much need for out of scale but you do still sometimes need to move things slightly to make dimensions easier to read.
I don't know if that is the case here though.

I think you got it right. open the properties of the dimension, and change the text override to <>
this will force it to use the actual dimension instead of the changed to dimension.
Autocad Architecture with the AEC dimensions will add an overline above the text on any number changed, it adds it to a non plotable layer though.
