"ACAD 2006 Slow opening"

I have a reaccuring problem with 2006 opening. The program will get to regenerating model and virtualy lock up. I can reinstall or repair through Windows Add/Remove programs and this seems to fix the problem. This happens every few weeks.
Any Ideas?
