ADT 3.3 extending Design Walls to Roof Slab or Trimming Wall

ADT 3.3 How do I extend walls to Roof Slab or trim walls to roof? I have used ArchiCAD and this is a cinch but with ADT I struggle.

select the wall or walls, and right click to pop up the shortcut menu.
go to "model tools" and select "roofline". type "a" for "auto project",
you are prompted to "select entities". select the roof objects to project to and hit enter. the wall should project up to the roof.
