Door insert problem - ADT 2008

I have( adt 2008 in my computer but there error is happen while I place the door and appear in command line (error :failed to offset profile for frame) . the door is big size appear in (SE OR SW view) what I am doing ??please help me BY advice me ?:cry:8)

Ok. We need a little more information.
What type of wall are you using?
What type of door?
If you are able to PM me with the file, I will have a look at it. So long as you are not using a student edition!

the wall and door are (standard)type as well as I am not using a student edition!.....

the problem was happened after long time from install the program adt2008 in my computer

Check your door height and make it is not to tall for the wall. Also check your sill height for the door..it could be set to low. Also the type of wall can affect how your door is placed.
Just some ideas..
