I've placed my base view in a drawing, but now all the views I create are fixed in place. I can't click and drag them at all. This is extremely annoying. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Are you clicking and dragging on the red boundary?
Can you attach an example?
Do you have all Hotfixes and Service Packs installed?

Are there hotfixes and service packs out for 2009 yet? lol
Turns out I had to set ".dwg" to the inventor default drawing format (which was ".idw" before obviously) and it let me move the views after that.
